King’s Landing, Port Perry

Stockworth acquired the site for King’s Landing in the year 2000, and was able to construct and develop a free standing restaurant and a Canadian Tire store on the North end of the land. The South end is zoned for the development of 250 residential condominiums and approximately 100,000 square feet of retail, commercial and office.

The design of the buildings was to ensure that the architecture of Port Perry was present in our new buildings.

The site is adjacent to the environmentally sensitive Lake Scugog shores, and accordingly the site is blessed with the ability to be very close to walking trails and nature. The view from the residential units will take into account Lake Scugog.

As well, there will be newly built retail & commercial within walking distance of the residential. The residential units will have access to a fitness & wellness centre to be built. All residential units will have underground parking. Of course, there is always the historic downtown Port Perry which is not far away.

We will commence selling the units in 2017.

Dover Coast, Port Dover

The project is on the beautiful shores of Lake Erie. It is approximately one hour from the West end of Mississauga and a half hour from Ancaster and Brantford. The development is approximately 500 acres of land in the west end of Port Dover which was approved for approximately 1,500 residential units, approximately 20 acres for Hotel and Commercial, Medical Centre, Retirement House, and a Golf Course. The Project is the development and construction of an active adult lifestyle community and golf course. Our sales prices are substantially lower than that of a similar home in the GTA and will have superior interior finishes. The product that is being built is a bungalow (one floor living) with a loft in some models which is consistent with active adult lifestyle.
