Stockworth Developments was formed by Robert Carey and John Lennox, the sole principals, in the early nineties and has been very active in the north and the east of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Robert Carey is a Chartered Public Accountant, and was the Chief Financial Officer of a public real estate company which he was instrumental in taking public in the 80’s. John Lennox is a Real Estate Broker. They have collectively more than 70 years of combined experience and direct involvement in the real estate construction and development industry.

They operate Stockworth Developments under the brand names of Stockworth, Stockworth Homes, Brooklin Brownstones, Dover Coast, Dover Coast Homes, Prince George Landing and King’s Landing.
